FORMOSAN UNION CHEMICAL CORP. utilizes Benzene, Paraffin, Olefin, Propylene Tetramer, Phenol, Nonene, Petroleum resin, and Hydrogen as raw materials to produce Alkyl benzene, Nonyl phenol, and Hydrogenated Hydrocarbon resin etc. products.

To ensure our company's sustained development , customers' quality assurance and increase customer satisfaction, our company, on August 31, 1995, applied and received ISO-9001 certification and established the following quality policies:

A. Provide customers with high and stable quality: Establish quality management system that meets international standard organization requirement and all employees shall participate and implement the requirement.

B. Increase customer satisfaction: effectively and continuously improve quality management system.

C. Maintain quality to international competitive level: increase quality related technology, equipment and management level.

Establish "Quality System Processing Performance Management" procedure to set up and review quality objectives. At the same time, integrate quality policy into quality manual and implement with PDCA method to be maintained and transmitted to all employees for confirmation and understanding. A. Obey environmental protection laws and regulations and other requirements: manage procedures in accordance to laws and regulations and review their conformity.

B. Continuously improve pollution prevention: upgrade waste gases, wastewater, solid wastes, soil, underground water, dusts and greenhouse gas treatment.
