Sustainability Report
FUCC issued its first Corporate Social
Responsibility Report in 2014 (renamed the Sustainability Report from 2021 ,and
KPMG has been commissioned to carry out limited assurance procedures and issue a
report for specific performance indicators ).
FUCC have adopted the requirements set
out in the GRI Standards and the Rules Governing the Preparation and Filing of
Sustainability Reports by TPEx
Listed Companies as required by the
Competent government authority for the compilation of this report to ensure the
full disclosure of the company's sustainable development achievements in sync
with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
FUCC also takes references from the "Task Force on
Climate-Related Financial Disclosures" (TCFD) published by the Financial
Stability Board (FSB) and incorporates four core disclosures of "governance,"
"strategy," "risk management," and "indicator and goal" into operation
management. And discloses its governance performance in sustainability reports,
hoping that stakeholders understand the impact from climate change-related risks
and opportunities to FUCC as well as related responding measures. |
